On the last Friday of every month, we invite residents' families to join their loved ones for a complimentary BBQ lunch on our patio. Carlos Castro & Maria Valencia
Founded in 2016, Mariposa Assisted Living , began their journey in senior care after personally caring for their own parents. Through that experience, they gained a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, dignified care and the peace of mind families seek when choosing a home for their loved ones.
With a passion for serving seniors, they successfully owned and operated an assisted living home in Seaside, California, for many years before relocating to Santa Cruz. Today, Carlos and Maria remain actively involved in the daily operations of Mariposa Assisted Living, ensuring every resident receives the same warmth, respect, and personalized attention they would provide to their own family members. Their commitment to creating a safe, comfortable and loving home continues to be the foundation of everything they do.
